North Sea

The curving roads of North Sea take visitors out of the hustle and bustle of Southampton and its windswept ocean beaches to the quieter side of summer. As one of the areas later to the real estate game, land was historically cheaper here, and so large parcels were sold, allowing for retreat-like estates. A handful of developments with private beach access have a communal feeling, where neighbors house hop their way to the beach and then house hop their way home at the end of a sundrenched day.
