Southampton

Shinnecock Hills, nestled on the shores of Shinnecock Bay, spans the property between Southampton Village and Hampton Bays. This gives the area unique access to these disparate downtowns, plus all access to Southampton town beaches. The history of Shinnecock Hills is rooted in its Native American namesake, and the reservation is still there, with small businesses and a cultural center. Stony Brook Southampton is also located in these hills and offers year-round cultural events at Avram Theater and Chancellors Hall.
